We have contracted with Leon for six separate projects on our century old house, and we are currently getting our seventh project underway. Leon has proved to be invaluable asset to us with both his design and construction expertise. In each case, we had general ideas of what we wanted, but it was Leon who contributed specific details and design features to complete the plan. The projects have ranged from external repairs and rebuilding, while preserving the look of the original house, to internal renovations to bring house features up to more modern standards. As both my wife and I worked from our home during this projects, having the projects completed within our time requirements, and with a minimum of disruption has been an important consideration and Leon and his crew have been reliable and considerate in this regard.
